The new mountain bike film, “Follow Me” will screen at Brewvies on April 29th at 7 and 9 pm. Brought to Utah by the Wasatch Area Freeride Trail Association (WAFTA), “Follow Me” is the first movie from Anthill Films, a new company founded by the guys who are also responsible for “The Collective,” “Roam,” and “Seasons.”
Featuring riders like Sam Hill, Gee Atherton, Darren Berrecloth and more, “Follow Me” will take you to locations around the world including Mt. Washington, Baja California, New Zealand, and Whistler, B.C. According to Anthill Films, the movie puts the viewer “inside the action.” This is good, because judging by the trailer (which can be watched below,) there’s no way in hell 99.9999 percent of people on earth can experience the stunts pulled in the film in real life.
Here’s what else Anthill Films has to say about “Follow Me,” on their website:
“A modern portrait of mountain bike lifestyle, “Follow Me” gets back to basics and reminds us why we all love to ride bikes. Breaking from the traditional single rider format, “Follow Me” is based on the idea that “no one rides alone”; mixing and matching the world’s best downhillers, freeriders and slopestylers in some of the best places to ride on the planet. Think back‐yard sessions, ripping local trails, training bike parks, epic road trips and heli drops. “Follow Me” is all about good times, pushing limits with your friends, crazy adventures and most importantly having fun your bike.”
Tickets are $10 day of show, $9 in advance. This is a 21 and over show as it’s at Brewvies. However, plans are in the works for an all ages show in Park City a few weeks later.
