Friday Video: “See You at the Bird!”
With the first snowfall on Utah’s mountains in late September, the level of excitement for ski season has reached a fever pitch. So for this week’s Friday Video, we’re featuring “See You at the Bird!” from The Levitation Project.
This short vid is worth watching, not only for the neck-deep powder footage shot on a 30-inch day, but also for the rare, behind-the-scenes look at Snowbird’s finest ski patrollers shooting massive guns and setting off avalanches before opening Little Cottonwood Canyon to the hordes waiting in the “red snake” below.
And, yea, there’s the slashing in bottomless powder footage too.
