Ride Zion at Hurricane Mountain Bike Festival
You know your town has made it as a mountain bike destination when it gets its own fat tire festival. Well, Hurricane in southwestern Utah is celebrating its second year of the Hurricane Mountain Bike Festival, brought to you by Over the Edge Sports.

If you ride a mountain bike in Utah, then you probably already know that the trails around Hurricane and Zion National Park are top notch. But a mountain bike festival really makes them legit as people will travel from around the Mountain West to attend.
This year’s festival will have group rides to some of the most amazing and fun singletrack and slickrock trails in Utah, all within sight of Zion National Park’s red rock towers. There will also be bike demos, a Dutch Oven Dinner social, pancake breakfast, a Clunker Crit, and other competitions with prizes. Of course no festival is complete without a party, live music, and a beer garden. Swag, prize drawings and giveaways round out the festivities, and based on word of mouth, the swag was pretty damn generous last year.
