First it was Alta and Snowbird with the Mountain Collective, then Canyons on the Epic Pass, and now you can add Snowbasin to the list of Utah ski resorts allying themselves to a co-op as they have joined the Powder Alliance. Like the Mountain Collective, the Powder Alliance is a collection of ski resorts that have combined forces to get more people to play on their slopes. Here’s the way it works: you buy a season pass to one of the 12 resorts that are part of the Powder Alliance, and you get three day passes to every resort on that list.
Resorts that are part of the Powder Alliance include:
- Angel Fire, New Mexico
- Arizona Snowbowl, Arizona
- Bridger Bowl, Montana
- China Peak, California
- Crested Butte, Colorado
- Mountain High, California
- Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, Oregon
- Schweitzer, Idaho
- Sierra at Tahoe, California
- Snowbasin, Utah
- Stevens Pass, Washington
- Timberline, Oregon
