Snowbird is going to get dirty this summer. On July 11th, the inaugural DirtyBird Mud Run goes down and organizers say it will feature the world’s largest Slip ‘n’ Slide. The DirtyBird will be 5.5 miles of downhill terrain, over 15 unique obstacles, 3,000 feet of descent, and a huge party at the finish line….

Backcountry skiing in the Wasatch just got a bit easier. Snowbird just announced that they are now offering guided snowcat ski tours, called “Snowcat Skiing for Nature.” Why?
