Are you running the 2011 Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back? If so, then keep an eye out for Team Suunto Road Kill on the course, because if you “road kill” them, you will get a chance to win a Suunto M5 Running Pack.
Of course the nice folks at Suunto don’t want you to actually kill them. “Road Kill” is slang in the Ragnar world for when you pass another runner. Every time you “kill” another runner, you get to tally a “road kill” and mark it on your van. But if you “road kill” a Suunto runner wearing a “Suunto Road Kill” t-shirt, complete with a gopher sporting tire tracks, they’ll toss you a special Suunto Road Kill bracelet.
But that’s not the big prize.
Bring your bracelet to the Awards Ceremony at Park City High School on Saturday evening, and three lucky bracelet wearers will win a Suunto M5 Running Pack.
But let’s say you’re a bit slow and don’t pass any Suunto runners on any of your legs, Suunto still has your back. They’ll throwing out a bunch of Frisbees at the starting line in Logan. If you catch a Frisbee that is marked by a special “golden ticket”, bring it to the finish because you won Suunto M5 Running Pack! Redeem your prize at the Ragnar Merchandise Tent at the finish line.
So if you’re running the Ragnar Wasatch Back, go kill yourself some Suunto joggers for a chance to win a Suunto M5 Running Pack!
