If you’re not a pro freeskier, and all you can do is sit and watch, then boy what a show you get to see! The Subaru Freeskiing World Tour is one of the top spectator events in the Wasatch and should not be missed. The tour stops in Snowbird for its 15th year, and it all goes down from March 15-17.
The 2012 Subaru Freeskiing World Tour Championships features the best big mountain skiers in the world tearing up technical terrain at Snowbird. They ski big lines, jump off huge cliffs and go hard to be crowned the best freeskier on earth. Expect to see athletes like Angel Collinson Josh Diaek go big as they are the leading man and woman in the competition going into the championships as of this writing.
