A cool event is happening at Brighton this weekend. It’s only for women, and only for snowboarders. So all you snowboarding girls out there – listen up. The GNU Women’s Snowboard Camp is a freestyle/all-mountain workshop designed to get you to the next level.
Coaches from the GNU Girls, including Danyale Patterson, Stephanie Sue Feld, and Kelly Underwood will take you all over the mountain, showing you tips and tricks to make you a better snowboarder. Whether you’re a beginner or expert looking to take your skills to the next level, they will be there to help you achieve your goals.
The workshop will spend a half-day in the terrain park, and the other half shredding around on the mountain. In addition, next year’s GNU Women’s Snowboards will be on hand to demo.
The GNU Women’s Snowboard Camp happen at Brighton on Saturday, January 4th and goes from 9am-4pm. The event also includes lunch and apres-snowboard hot chocolate and s’mores. There will also be tons of giveaways, including brand new snowboards and a goody bag for each participant.
The cost per person is $100. Special $45 day passes are available for those who pre-register ONLINE.
